Spartech-South Flyer Issue #43
Corning Gilbert is one of the world’s leading RF coaxial connectivity companies. Corning Gilbert invented the GPO interface in the 1980s, built around a floating “blindmate adapter” referred to as a bullet, which is captivated between two “shrouds.” This floating system enables looser alignment tolerances. The result is a compact interconnect which provides more dense package configurations.
