Introduction of Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology into SSPAs is our latest innovation. The higher power density offered by GaN means increased RF Power in a smaller footprint. GaN’s higher operating voltage reduces the necessity of DC-to-DC conversion resulting in improved efficiency, lower power consumption, and reduced cooling concerns.
