Applications
  • Form-in-Place - Dispensing conductive elastomer gaskets on metal or metalized plastic housings. Preferable in castings and molded parts with uneven surfaces.
  • Micro Dispensing - Dispensing technology with active flow control which can achieve extremely high precision gasket profile allowing for smaller ribs.

  • Thermally Conductive Insulator Pads - Excellent dielectric and mechanical strength; Flexible and conformable; Fiberglass reinforced.

  • Thermally Conductive Dispensable Jelly - Particle filled silicon jelly to replace conventional thermal conductive gap filler pads. No mixing or curing needed.

PVD - Plastic metallization is the process where a metallic layer is deposited on a non-metallic or metallic substrate. Used for cost effective light weight EMI shielding. Environmentally safe.
